OVERVIEW:
• A new opportunity for an experienced Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join a Top 100 law firm with an impressive portfolio of national and international clients.
• Applications are sought from Commercial Litigation Solicitors with a minimum of 6 Years PQE gained with another leading law firm.
• This highly regarded team cover a wide variety of disputes, acting for large commercial clients, owner managed businesses and individuals across all industries and sectors.
• You will be responsible for a mixed caseload of commercial and civil disputes, insolvency, debt recovery and professional negligence matters.
• You will be capable of winning new business through successful BD activity
• Confident and capable of supervising more junior members of the team.
• Strong client management skills with a focus on delivery of excellent client service
