Optical Assistant Position

A very exciting opportunity has become available for a customer focussed and passionate candidate to join the boutique, independent practice.
You will be working in a practice in the Colchester area.
This company have built up a strong reputation for quality and customer service and now have an opening for someone like minded continuing to deliver to the highest standards.
The company has a thrive to develop and progress in the optics world to give their patients the best care going forward.

Responsibilities of the Optical Assistant

The role is to dispense glasses to all levels, conducting pre-screen tests and contact lens teaches. You will also be required to carry out frame styling and give patients advice on options. Reception duties and general admin will also be a part of the role and helping with the smooth running of the practice.

Requirements of the Optical Assistant

My client is looking for experienced applicants. You must have an outgoing, bubbly, and passionate personality to progress in this practice. A customer focused approach to your work and the ability to build a strong rapport with customers and colleagues alike. You will be joining an extremely strong team who focus on giving the best care and experience to each one of their patients.

Compensation for the Optical Assistant

• They are offering a competitive salary of up to £26,000 D.O.E
• Team bonus depending on targets.
