Fitness Instructor (Full Time)

Job description
Main Area of Responsibility
- Ensure the gym and equipment are kept clean and in good condition
- Look after members during peak times from 4pm through to closing at 10pm during the week and 2pm through to closing at 8pm on the weekend (shifts may vary from late to early depending on the business’s needs)
- Assist members in using equipment where required, offering general fitness advice
- Cover leisure club reception duties
- Carry out gym inductions and teach classes if cover is required
- As the ideal candidate, you must be a Level 2 qualified Gym Instructor with an aspiration to gain crucial industry experience from working in a gym environment
- Previous experience in testing and back-washing swimming pools is desirable but not essential as training will be provided
- The hours of work will vary and will include weekends, late evenings, and holiday periods
Salary
£21,840 per annum
