Role: Service Manager
Location: Stroud
Contract: Full time
Pay: £18 per hour/£36k + per year
New Year, new job? I am looking for a Manager to work with a charity who support adults with learning disabilities. The objective of the role is to enable you team to develop and grow, in order to give the end services the choices you and I take for granted.
Initially this will start as a temporary contract with permanent job at the end of a 3 month period. We are looking for a Manager to start asap to ensure a smooth handover from the current Manager.
You will have the responsibility of,
- Delivering a service that promotes wellbeing, independence and a person-centred culture,
- Responsible and accountable for monitoring, maintaining and providing the highest standards of care,
- You will promote and lead good practice at all times,
- Ensuring the people you support and your team colleagues come to no harm
- Ensuring that the people we support and your Team are satisfied with the level of support they receive/provide.
What we are looking for,
- A full UK driving licence, with access to your own vehicle,
- You will have experience supporting adults with complex learning disabilities.
- You need good IT skills and experience of maintaining records to be a success in this role.
- You will have knowledge of CQC regulations
- You need to hold a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Adult Care or be working towards this
