About Our Client
This private healthcare company has seen significant growth in business over the past year and is now requiring a HR Administrator to support the internal HR team on a full time permanent basis. You will sit within a growing HR team and will liaise with employees that work remotely.
Job Description
As a HR Administrator you will:
- Update the internal HR CRM and database with new information, any updates on the employee lifecycle and ensure that employee contact details are correct
- Support with the recruitment of new staff including managing the onboarding process
- Ensure compliance regulations and processes are in line with legislations
- Collaborate with internal and external contacts to ensure staffing requirements are met at each site and ensure that staff schedules are up to date
- Support HR Manager with disciplinary processes, uploading documents to the internal system
The Successful Applicant
The successful HR Administrator will have:
- Experience or knowledge in a similar role within a HR function
- Knowledge of HR policies and procedures
- Have strong organisational skills and an ability to remain calm under pressure
- Be pro-active and a self motivator
- Have strong written and verbal communication skills
