Electrical Maintenance Manager

Job description

Recra are working in partnership with an impressive, award winning heavy plant manufacturer based in Leicester, who are seeking an Electrical Maintenance Manager.

• Able to read and interpret wiring drawings. 
• Fit wiring and wire control panels in accordance with supplied drawings. 
• Undertake mechanical fitting of electrical components and associated equipment.
• Wiring of in house-built machinery inclusive of electrical fitting
• Cable terminating work on control panels and junction boxes 
• Leading a team and helping installations and projects run smoothly 
• Motivating the team and setting deadlines 
• Ensuring all health and safety regulations are followed on site 

Experience needed:

• A higher education qualification (such as NVQ / HND/C /Degree / Apprenticeship) in an electrical engineering field
• Experience working in a heavy plant industry 
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
