A great opportunity has arisen for a passionate, committed and enthusiastic Operations Manager with a ‘can do ‘attitude to help build a strong community link for the people we support and our staff teams.
We are looking for an experienced operations manager to join our services across Oxford and Dunstable, supporting adults with learning disabilities on a FTC for 7 months.
What we do matters so we are looking for someone with Proven leadership experience in a learning disabilities social care organisation, with expert knowledge of the social care sector, its regulations, and best practices. You will have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, empowering you to engage a diverse team while building strong connections with people supported and their families
As an Operations Manager, you'll be a true champion, leading by example, delivering growth, and shaping our impact for people with learning disabilities, autism and assessed needs across Berkshire. This role will be crucial in ensuring we can continue our goal of making a difference every day to those we support.
You must be willing to hold the CQC/SCI registration (Registered Manager) for the locations within your remit whether this be for supported living, outreach support or accommodation for persons who require personal care.
This is role is Full time on a FTC for 7 months (£46,350 pro rata)
You will need to work flexibly as required and be prepared to take part in the out of hours On-call rota.
You must be a driver with access to your own vehicle.
Affinity Trust does not presently hold a Sponsorship Licence and while this status is reviewed regularly there is no present proposal to apply for such a Licence
