Job description
A unique and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Deputy Headteacher for Achievement at Castle EAST School, a special school for pupils with Communication and Interaction needs.
We are looking for an outstanding leader, with passion and an exciting vision for inclusive education, to join our school. Castle EAST School offers specialist education for pupils with Communication and Interaction needs, between the ages of 9 – 16 years. This age range means the school provides a curriculum covering three Key Stages. We currently have an intake of 80 pupils with this rising to 120 pupils from September 2024, once the final stage of refurbishment is complete.
Bungay is a pleasant rural area, 20 miles from Norwich and 15 miles from the delightful heritage coast.
