Overview
A large national business with over 300 sites across the UK are looking for a bright graduate (or equivalent) to manage the administration for their different sites.
Salary: £20,000 – £23,000
The Role
- Act as day to day owner of all property data across the property estate
- Keep schedules when required on key lease data
- Act as day to day administrator for maintenance of property database
- Scan all property legal documentation and file on shared drive/property database with the support of the back office team
- Track down copies of missing documentation when required
- Supporting, when required field network regarding maintenance issues
- Resolve any queries or issues that arise with utility arrangements at the operational and non-operational site. Liaise with finance over terminated and new accounts
- Print and collect weekly Group Property invoices for signing off
- Responsible for all administrative arrangements including utility details, meter readings, rent payment details, adjustment of repairs and maintenance contracts and other contractual arrangements
Key Skills/Experience
- A graduate with at least a 2:1 (or equivalent) from a good university
- Team player and confident to work with minimum supervision
- Ability to work with and communicate with people at all levels within the organisation
- Good IT and Microsoft Office skills
- Impeccable written and spoken English
- Clear and professional telephone manner
- Previous experience in or knowledge of the property sector would be an advantage but is by no means essential
