Hi all, I am working with a Principal sub-contractor who are looking for a Contract Manager with experience working on dry-lining projects.

You will be working alongside a Tier 1 Contractor on a high end iconic apartment development.

The company are a multi-disciplinary subcontractor with a solid track record of delivering high quality fit out projects across both the public and private sector projects across commercial, residential, retail & leisure projects with leading tier 1 principal contractor.

You will act as main point of liaison with the principal contractor, attend all programme, design & progress meetings, mange subcontractors, health and safety and oversee quality & delivery.

Experience / Qualifications Required:

• Proven track record of working for a dry-lining subcontractor or package manager within a main contractor environment.
• Excellent people management skills with the ability to motivate multiple teams to work to strict programmes and deadlines & exceed client expectations.
• Track record of the delivery of high standards and behaviours in HSEQ
• Excellent planning & time management skills with the ability to think ahead & manage risk.
