Aspire People is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Part-Time Teaching Assistant to join our team in Bedworth. Position Overview: As a Part-Time Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the learning and development of students within a school environment. Your responsibilities will include providing assistance to teachers, supporting students with their academic and personal development, and fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment. Key Responsibilities: Assist teachers with classroom activities and lesson preparation. Provide one-on-one support to students who require additional assistance. Help students with learning difficulties or disabilities to access the curriculum. Supervise students during class and break times to ensure their safety and well-being. Foster positive relationships with students, teachers, and parents to support the overall educational experience. Collaborate with the school's SENCO (Special Educational Needs Coordinator) to implement individualised education plans for students with special needs. Requirements: Enhanced DBS certificate registered on the update service (or willingness to obtain one). Previous experience working with children in an educational setting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to support students in their learning journey. Flexibility and adaptability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Working Hours: This is a part-time position, with hours to be determined based on the needs of the school. Flexibility in working hours may be required. Benefits: £80 - £90 per day. Holiday pay. Opportunities for professional development and training.
