Job Title : Registered Manager

Location: Gosport 

Salary: £60k

An exciting opportunity awaits an enthusiastic, motivated, and compassionate individual to take on the role of Registered Manager overseeing a large home, while overseeing the running of the other homes. As the Registered Manager you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations, including staff allocation, resource management, and performance monitoring, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care services in compliance with internal standards, CQC, and external care regulatory requirements.

The Role

Do you hold an NMC PIN?

Are you a Registered Manager

Do you know how to run team checks and mentor staff?

Can you deliver a safe service

Have you worked with outside agencies to support the safety of your clients?

Ran successful recruitment campaigns?

Run day to day operation of the sites

Have you been in charge through a CQC Inspection

Can you provide practical support to the team.
