The Senior HR Business Partner will lead the site HR strategy and have oversight of HR Operations as well as Talent Management, Diversity and Inclusion and Health and Wellbeing. The position is part of the site leadership team and UK and Ireland HR team for Cytiva.
The Senior HR Business Partner will provide strong HR business partnering to the leadership team and be adept at leading and coaching through change. In addition the Senior HR Business Partner will develop talent management programmes and coach senior leaders for enhanced performance.
In this position the Senior HR Business Partner will be able to build a network and liaise with a global HR team to implement best practices at the manufacturing plant.
What You'll Do:
Member of the site leadership team, supporting and guiding leaders on all issues in accordance with employment law, standard methodology, policies and procedures and terms and conditions of employment.
Create and drive the HR strategy for site and ensure the appropriate and timely delivery of initiatives aligned to the wider business strategy.
Coaching and support to site leadership team to enable continuous improvement in talent management and performance management processes.
Coaching and supporting site leadership to develop a supportive and engaging culture and also ensure annual engagement activities are delivered on site.
Driving continuous improvement culture in HR activities and reporting, tracking critical metrics and identifying trends in data, Using data to identify solutions and support growth initiatives of the site.
Oversee and coordinate all HR annual processes and accountability for all employee relation matters.
Who You Are:
CMCIPD qualification and degree level education or equivalent.
Deep knowledge and experience of HR business partnering where you have held responsibility for all HR operations and employee relations, preferably in a large manufacturing environment.
Experience of coaching senior leaders, preferably as a qualified coach.
Maintains the highest levels of personal and professional integrity.
Ability to develop strategies that meet the growth needs of the business and drive to action to create added value.
