We are looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join a successful and expanding firm in Worthing.

You will ideally have between 3 - 5 years' experience in the residential property legal sector and be confident working on your own desk.

Experience / Skills

• Previous Legal Secretary experience
• Residential conveyancing experience is essential
• Commercial awareness
• Experience of legal billing and good standard of numeracy
• Strong IT skills, fast and accurate typing, including audio
• Excellent administrative and time management skills
• Strong written and spoken English
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Flexible and adaptable approach to business needs

Job Title: Residential Conveyancer

Location: Worthing (Hybrid working possible)

Salary: £30,000 - £37,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
