Overview

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Business Development & Marketing Executive to join this small passionate organisation with huge ideas within the Healthcare Industry. We are looking for the right individual to help achieve ambitious marketing plans and are looking for a vibrant, self-motivated, driven and engaging individual who is enthusiastic about building strong relationships with clients and pitching ideas for sales and business development.

Salary:  £25,000 – £30,000 + 25 days holiday increasing with service

The Role:

• Identify clients and engage in discussions to identify their needs and provide solutions.
• Build and maintain long standing relationships.
• Build awareness of services
• Follow up on leads to arrange marketing meetings
• Keep abreast of relevant industry news
• Seek to exceed monthly sales targets and monitor own performance statics
• Attend team meetings and briefings

The Person:

• You will have some experience in Marketing and Sales in a client facing role
• Educated to degree level in preferably a Marketing or Business related subject
• Demonstrable success in building and maintaining client relationships
• Ambitious with a personal desire to learn and progress within the business

We are looking for highly motivated, enthusiastic, driven, creative and honest individuals with an interest in the Healthcare market and passionate about building long standing relationships and pitching ideas for sales. Experience in the social sector would be desirable however not essential.
