Job description
-Excellent salary: starting from 14,000 – 30,000 RMB per month (depending on qualifications and experience)

We are now accepting applications for English teachers at our international schools in Kunshan, near Shanghai. We are looking for dynamic, patient and qualified English teachers who possess great passion in teaching young learners from primary school up to high school. We strive to provide a culturally stimulating environment, where diversity is celebrated and students are equipped with the right skills to achieve great heights in a global society. We utilize innovative pedagogical methodologies based on an international curriculum. Aside from providing the very highest in quality education, we also have exceptional facilities and a lot more which teachers are free to use during their free time.
Our school uses a “whole language” approach to teaching through our full-campus bilingual learning environment. Some of our course materials include “Reading Street” and books published by Pearson. Each of our classrooms is equipped with a smart board to assist you in your teaching and make learning more fun and interesting for the students. As we take the quality of education seriously, we provide professional development training program on a regular basis to all our teachers, new and old. Class sizes are from 16 to 22 students.
-Maximum of 24 – 28 teaching hours per week
-Plan lessons and activities according to the curriculum provided
-Provide reports on students’ progress and development inside the classroom
-Correct students’ homework and exams
-Attend training and activities organized by the school (Sports Day, Parent-Teacher Meetings, etc.)
-Excellent salary: starting from 14,000 – 30,000 RMB per month (depending on qualifications and experience)

-Airfare allowance provided up to 12,000 RMB

-Chinese New Year bonus and contract completion bonus

-Bachelor’s degree
-TEFL certificate preferred (No TEFL? – We recommend INTESOL
-Native English speaker from UK, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa or Ireland
-Teaching experience is preferred
-Confident, organized and has a good sense of humor
-Responsible, dynamic and passionate in teaching young learners
