As part of our team, you'll:
- Work closely with Call Centre staff to provide admin support - updating customer records and ensuring their needs are met
- Liaise with customers and suppliers to ensure satisfaction
- Demonstrate commercial awareness and problem-solving skills
- Coordinate customer and supplier communication for sales inquiries
- Apply sales margins and discounts appropriately
- Liaise with sales personnel for quotation follow-ups
- Handle miscellaneous duties including data entry
- Ensure accuracy and quality of service, high levels of internal communication and efficient management of internal action notes
About you:
- Previous office and admin experience preferred, with data entry exposure a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Accurate data entry ability
- Prioritization skills
- Good administration and computer literacy
- Excellent telephone manner
