Branch Manager (Home Care)

Kensington, London (Onsite)

Full time, Permanent

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum

Summary

Tide Partnership are excited to be working with a national leading health and social home care provider who are looking for a care-centric individual with a desire to develop their operational skills and progress within their career. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Branch/Registered Manager to join a welcoming & supportive organisation dedicated and committed to providing the best care possible.

The Role

As the Registered Manager, you will be instrumental in overseeing the day to day running of the service operations for your patch whilst being a key lead for improving/maintaining its quality. Ultimately, ensuring your service users are supported and cared for.

Branch Manager job responsibilities include (but not limited to):

• Overall management of the patch (Sheffield)
• Management of the Group’s care support service contracts
• Providing advice on bid and contract legalities
• Assisting operations and the bids team with contract-related guidance
• Ensuring adherence to the group’s policies, procedures, and service goal
• Maintenance of the contracts database
• Staff recruitment and rostering

Job Criteria:

• NVQ level 3 and above in Health & Social Care
• Experienced leading a Home Care branch (Domiciliary Management) (Minimum of 2 years)
• Experience with Budget Management preffered
• Extensive understanding of CQC, Actions plans & Auditing
• Strong Leadership Skills
• A valid Driving Licence with access to own vehicle
