Position: Optometrist
Location: Gosport, Hampshire
Salary: Up to 75,000 per annum depending on experience
Working hours: Full time or part time with weekend flexibility and no late nights
Experience level: This role is open to both newly qualified and experienced Optometrists who are registered with the GOC

Our Optometrists are an integral part of our store management team, so were keen to get you up to speed outside the test room too. With ILM courses, Pre-Reg supervision and the Specsavers Partnership scheme (Pathway) all available to explore. Along with your clinical expertise this will stand you in good stead if you choose to become a store director yourself one day. Were fully equipped with 4 test rooms, the latest clinical technology (including OCT), and a team of 14 which includes fully trained optical assistants, so everything is in place to let you focus on what you do best.

Alongside being a qualified and GOC registered Optometrist, the right person for this position will be confident, possess a strong worth ethic and a willingness to succeed. Youll be passionate about your job and enjoy a fast-paced environment. We are looking for an Optometrist who will go the extra mile for our customers and someone who encourages their colleagues to do the same. In summary, were looking for a high calibre resident Optometrist to join us and assist in driving this excellent practice forward.
Location With its 24 miles of waterfront, safe panoramic beaches, impressive naval heritage and scenic countryside walks, Gosport is a great place to live and work.Gosport can be access from the M27 at Junction 11. Regular mainline train services run to Portsmouth Harbour and bus serves run from Fareham every 10 minutes and from Stubbington, every 17 minutes.
