Job description
Care In My Home is a leading domiciliary provider and due to growth we are looking for a Carer & Customer planning supervisor to be based in Codicote.
The main purpose of this role is to ensure that clients receive
their medication accurately and at an appropriate time, to ensure that clients receive their arranged visits at a time that is appropriate to the individual wherever practical and to supervise operational staff ensuring quality and consistency of service provision at all times.
Ensure that all customer visits are allocated appropriately to care workers in keeping with their training and experience.
Ensuring Rotas are up to date on the system and are planned at least 1 weeks in advance .
Carry out Spot checks on staff, ensuring duties have been carried out to the highest standard possible
To assist and provide additional support to the local office as and when required including covering calls in emergencies.
Liaise with service users and/or their families, social services and other professionals to ensure the appropriate service and legal requirements are met at all times.
To be considered for this role you will need the following:
Previous experience working in the homecare sector
Understand service provision in the care profession.
