Property Litigation NQ Solicitor
Salisbury
We are looking for a property litigation solicitor to join this reputable ranked property litigation team who are based in Salisbury. This property litigation team are hiring an NQ solicitor with a seat in property litigation or as part of a general civil litigation seat, to work a high quality property litigation casework.
Working for an enviable client base, you'll be advising on restrictive covenants, trespass, landlord and tenant, lease renewals, rent and service charge recovery, insolvency issues and easements.
You must be a qualified solicitor and have experience in property litigation, if this is as part of a wider litigation caseload, please still apply. You will be keen to assist with business development, have good communication skills and show a commercial mindset.
