Job description
As Transport Supervisor you will be reporting into the Transport Manager and can expect to have the following responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a logistics team to ensure efficient operations
- Develop and implement logistics strategies and processes
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Manage and optimise logistics resources
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies
- Monitor and report on logistics performance
- Identify and implement improvements in logistics processes
- Manage relationships with logistics partners and suppliers
