Job Opportunity: Head Housekeeper
Location: Blackburn
Type: 30 Hours per week
Salary: £21,750

Role Responsibilities:
- Consistently deliver a 1st class cleaning standard.
- Manage and motivate the housekeeping team to exceed expectations.
- Proactive maintenance reporting
- Ensure housekeeping standard exceeds expectations.
- Health & Safety
- Training, development & motivation of all team members.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Housekeeping experience in a hotel setting at supervisor level or above.
- Demonstrable experience in team management within the hospitality sector.
- Excellent people management skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- High level attention to detail and demonstrated high levels of quality.
- Hands on approach to support the housekeeping team as and when required.
