Job Description - Accounts Senior
- Managing a portfolio of clients, which includes the following:
- Preparing financial statements for Limited Companies, under FRS102, with full working paper file for manager and partner review.
- Corporation tax computations.
- Personal tax computations.
- VAT Returns & Bookkeeping on Xero/Dext
- Payroll processing and management
- Adhoc HMRC and Client queries
- Managing a Junior team member, including setting their work for the month, reviewing their files, along with training and development
The Successful Applicant
A successful Accounts Senior should have:
- Professional Accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, AAT) Finalists considered.
- Experience in Accountancy Practice of c. 3+ years.
- Proficiency in using accounting software (Xero/Dext/TaxCalc etc) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong analytical skills with an attention to detail.
