Job Title – Maintenance Joiner
Salary – Up to 35K
Location – North West (Mainly Liverpool)

Nicholas Associates Group (Engineering & Technical) are recruiting a number of Maintenance Joiners for our client, a newly established and thriving low carbon renewable energy and M&E Services business with increasing demand and exciting growth plans.
To assist the supervisors and engineering managers in the day-to-day delivery of the joinery activities, including any site issues, reactive and planned maintenance throughout the hospital estate. Previous experience of working with fire door inspection and maintenance background would be beneficial along with sound knowledge of health & safety.
Supported by regular reviews, training and ongoing support to enable you to complete this role.
Experience Required
Joinery Qualification.
The applicant must be able to Hang fire doors to new industry standards.
Have a working knowledge of BMTRADA or any other third-party fire door installation scheme.
Building maintenance experience
Fire door repair and refurbishment.
Follow technical drawings and plans.
Driving licence
Ensure the effective maintenance of Building fabric Fire doors/stopping infrastructure, walls, ceilings, doors, fixtures/fittings and protective coverings
You will be responsible for your own actions and the actions of any employee working under their control. Work safely, ensuring the safety and wellbeing of yourself, colleagues, customers and visitors.
Provide an excellent customer experience to clients. Work in partnership with other trades to support and enhance client relationships
Consent to training and development to ensure you remain competent to undertake all required tasks.
Attend Team Talk given by the engineering management each month
To undertake any reasonable management instruction
