Position: Manufacturing Operations Manager

The successful Manufacturing Operations Manager will be responsible for the new manufacturing and logistics site, and taking it to full working efficiency

The role will involve:

• Setting, communicating, and driving the department vision
• Leading from the front, hands on and nurturing a positive and open culture across your team
• Setting and agreeing individual and team SMART objectives
• Carrying out regular one to ones and team reviews
• Inspiring and motivating your team to achieve department performance against agreed key performance indicators, celebrating success

To be successful in this role of Manufacturing Operations Manager we would love to speak to anyone who has experience of:

• Experience in an automated manufacturing environment
• Proven ability to lead, inspire and manage teams
• Experience in successfully coaching and developing operations talent
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to influence and negotiate
