SF Recruitment are working with an exciting Private Equity backed service business based in Walsall, for the recruitment of an ambitious Finance Business Partner.
This is an incredible opportunity to join a rapidly growing business and really add value to the role and therefore the wider company. Due to recent growth, the Business is forecast to double in size within the next 3 years. The Business is looking for a forward thinking, ambitious and highly motivated individual to join the Finance team and support the CFO and wider senior management team to drive the business forward.
Working closely with the senior management teams, duties of the role will include:
- Supporting the financial forecasting and budgeting process
- Providing financial analysis and reports to support decision making, targets and objectives
- Implementing and monitoring processes to achieve commercial goals
- Supporting the preparation of management reports
- Monitoring, analysing, and reporting performance using external and internal information
- Building and maintaining relationships, enabling the free flow of information and mutual assistance where required
To be considered for this role you will have an entrepreneurial nature and will have demonstrated clear value add activities in the companies you've worked at previously.
You must be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA), and seeking opportunity in a fast paced, dynamic, profitable business where you will really be able to grow and develop the role as this division grows.
