Customer Resolutions Administrator
At Manpower we have an opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join the Customer Resolutions team for one of our large, well established automotive clients based within Milton Keynes.
The successful candidate will be able to efficiently manage their workload, whilst paying attention to detail when uploading key information into databases. They will also be able to demonstrate being a team player to support the wider business and their colleagues.
Main responsibilities:
Sorting through email enquiries via the shared mailboxes.
Answering ticketed emails to customers and providing answers in a timely manner.
Escalating inbound email enquires where necessary to the relevant Customer Resolution handlers.
Support with administrative duties uploading and logging key information onto the databases.
Help with any ad-hoc duties that may be required to support the wider business.
Experience/ skill required:
Previous administrative experience in a customer focused environment
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Excellent computer skills (Microsoft office)
Efficiently manage workload and work within a busy environment.
This is a temporary position to start ASAP and is expected to run for at least 3-4 months, though may be extended.
The hours are based around Monday - Friday, 9:00AM to 5:00PM working a 35-hour week paying £11.81 per hour.
