We are looking for dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Assistants in Ashton under-Lyne who are passionate about their job, enjoy delivering one to one support and who can build positive relationships with our service users and their families.
Meet our service user
Our service user is a gentleman in his 60s who lives with his wife in Ashton under Lyne and requires assistance throughout the day on a 1:1 basis to support his complex care needs.
At home he enjoys listening to audio books, watching TV dramas such as police action and border patrol and spending time engaging with his wife and care team. He is also involved in the MND support club for his local area which he thoroughly enjoys.
Throughout the day you will provide support with his personal care, moving and handling, attending to his clinical care needs when required and assisting him to enjoy his hobbies and interests.
Our ideal care team will show patience and understanding and have effective communication skills to understand and interpret his needs and wants.
Our service user has specifically requested for female staff to work on their team

We have the following shifts available;
Take a look at our pay rates!
Weekdays: £13.00 per hour (Approx. £117.00 per 9 hour shift)
Bank Holidays: £17.00 per hour (Approx. £153.00 per 9-hour shift)
