Job description
Responsible for the fulfilment of orders, from first contact to invoicing and receiving payment. Build relationships with existing and new customers; identify and pursue opportunities for cross-selling products, based on the need of the customer and the priorities of the business.
Role Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service, keeping existing customers informed of progress of orders through the system.
Respond to incoming email and phone enquiries from existing customers
Cross sell to those customers, taking into account margin targets
Meet monthly KPI and order targets
Work closely and communicate with other departments to ensure orders are dispatched in line with agreed delivery dates
Agree prices, contracts and payments
Take payment for ‘pro forma’ invoices
Record all customer information and interactions on CRM system
Undertake any other tasks/duties as may reasonably be required

We are a bespoke printed cup manufacturer specialising in low volume, high quality, customised disposable cups. Working in our busy and friendly Sales team you will report directly in to the Sales Manager.
This is a full-time, permanent opportunity and core hours are from 8.30am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday.
Required Education, Skills and Qualifications
Customer service and sales experience preferred
Target driven
Strong oral/written communication and organisational skills
Positive and proactive
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to plan your own work, work on your own initiative and meet deadlines
Ability to manage pressure and conflicting demands, and prioritise tasks and workload
Be able to work as part of a dynamic team.
