WHAT TO EXPECT

We are actively in pursuit of an accomplished Lead Battery Pack Systems Engineer, poised to play a pivotal role in advancing our Battery department.

This individual will be responsible for all HV Battery pack benchmarking activity and developing a database of competitor batteries with relevant KPIs.

You will be collaborating with cross functional teams including, Vehicle organisation, Purchasing, Commercial, Battery prototype build, Battery and vehicle teardown; ensuring that the JLR HV battery technology remains competitive against a fast-moving BEV landscape.

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities

You will need to possess the ability to conduct, desktop and physical research, competitor analysis and technology research into battery packs and their associated systems.

You will also need to be able to conduct evaluations and identify innovative technology that is compatible with our HV battery attributes and wider Powertrain strategy.
