Property Manager – Wirral
Up to £26,000 DOE
A local and multi award winning estate agent are expanding and now require a Property Manager to join their long standing team. The firm are an owner operated independent agency, with very hands-on owners, and their primary aim and focus is delivering exceptional customer service and providing clients with the best possible service available in the market.
What’s in it for you
- Annual salary £21,000-£26,000 DOE
- Commission structure, up to £3,000 per annum achievable OTE
- Expenses paid, up to £100 PCM for fuel
- Shift pattern, Week 1 - Monday to Friday, Week 2 - Monday to Saturday (lieu day in the week)

What you’ll be doing
- Managing a portfolio of residential properties
- Conducting inspections, inventories, and check outs
- Coordinating move ins
- Ensuring properties are compliant and arranging the relevant safety checks
- General office admin
- Reactive & planned maintenance
- Tenancy renewals
What you will have
- Previous experience in lettings or a property related role
- Excellent communication and customer skills
- Full UK driving licence and own car to travel between appointments
