We are currently offering an exciting opportunity for a skilled Theatre Practitioner or ODP to join our dynamic team in the Theatre department.
This is a full-time role comprising 37.5 hours per week, necessitating flexibility in the shift pattern.
Theatre Practitioner - Recovery Key Requirements: • Registered Practitioner with NMC or HCPC registration.
• ILS certification.
• Mentorship qualification.
• Maths, English GCSE at grades A to C or equivalent functional skills level 2 evidence.
• Proficiency in the use of a PC, including software and systems.
• Essential recovery experience, complemented by expertise in other specialties.
Theatre Practitioner - Recovery- Responsibilities: • Deliver safe, high-quality patient care during the perioperative phase.
• Support and assist in the management and organization of care provision within the Operating Department.
• Contribute to ongoing quality improvement initiatives.
• Facilitate the development of skills and knowledge among team members and oneself.
• Apply and advocate best evidence-based practice within the scope of practice.
