Job description
Our client, a leading dental practice is seeking a skilled and motivated Associate Dentist to join their team. As an Associate Dentist at our practice, you will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment that is dedicated to providing the highest quality dental care. In this role, you will be responsible for providing a range of dental services to patients, including preventive, restorative, and cosmetic treatments, and will contribute to the growth and success of the practice through exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities
- Perform dental procedures, such as fillings, extractions, and root canals, with precision and care
- Diagnose and treat oral health issues, such as cavities and gum disease, in a timely and effective manner
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care practices to promote long-term dental health
- Collaborate with dental assistants and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
- Adhere to clinical and ethical standards established by the practice and regulatory bodies
- Continuously evaluate and improve the quality of care provided to patients
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and treatment plans
Requirements
- Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree
- Valid state dental license and malpractice insurance coverage
- Proven experience as a practicing dentist
- Strong clinical and analytical skills, with a focus on delivering superior patient care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a patient-centric approach
- Proficient in using dental software systems to maintain patient records and treatment plans
- Dedication to staying current with the latest advancements in dental technology and treatments, and a commitment to continuing education
