Job description

Nanny required for a part time role with a family in Durham, caring for their 2 children 4pm till 6pm on week days.

This is an ongoing, permanent position. The family have 2 boys aged 6 and 3 years, and require a Nanny who is available 3 or 4 afternoons per week. The Nanny will be responsible for care of the children during term times. The role may suit a nanny already working mornings, those working in schools, or students studying earlier in the day with childcare experience, who are looking for a part time permanent position.
Duties will include:

• collection of the eldest from school
• collection from the younger child from nursery
• preparing the evening meal
• supervision of any activities such as homework after school
• entertaining and providing age appropriate activities for the children
