We are hiring an
Enterprise Sales Manager who will be responsible for sourcing leads and closing new business opportunities, as well as managing renewals, upgrades and day to day running of customer/partner accounts. The focus of the role is to build key influencers in new business projects to drive sales, increase Freshwave’s market share and monthly recurring revenues.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop the Company’s business and revenue generating opportunities
- Engage with customers to bid for and secure contracts. Understanding how to unlock budget within customers organisations and secure long term recurring revenue generating contracts.
- Support the Director of Enterprise & Real Estate in relation to general sales activities, establishing processes, putting in place and adhering to general sales methodologies
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, such as the Marketing Manager, to progress sales generating activities and marketing material and initiatives
- Work closely with the Operations team providing sales forecasts, understanding and collaborating with them in relation to technical requirements, etc
- Carry out general account management activities to ensure that new customers on-board effectively and client relationships and accountabilities are maintained
- Manage and maintain relationships with legacy customers where applicable and encourage extensions or secure new contracts with updated technology services
- Manage and fully update the company CRM (ZOHO)
Requirements
Knowledge and Experience
- Minimum 5-10 years’ experience in new business sales
- Knowledge within one of; construction, main contractor, fit-out, commercial real estate, OR mobile network technology (3G/4G/5G) industry essential
- Higher education qualified, preferably degree or equivalent
- Experience with CRM tools and forecasting systems
- Flexible approach, able to work to deadlines and do what is necessary to keep sales on target and close the deal
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal
- Good customer and stakeholder management. Able to identify, engage and secure customers contracts
- Hard working, keen and enthusiastic
- A team player
