Job description

My client is a leading contractor in the civils sector. We are currently recruiting a Project Manager to complete an ongoing contract. You will be required to manage the running of the site through to completion.

Scope of works: Shafts, Sheeted pits, Trenchless Pipe Install, etc.

Project Manager Responsibilities:

• Reporting and working alongside the Director and Contracts Manager.
• Site Supervision and compliance with health and safety
• Managing and producing programmes
• Producing RAMS
• Quality Assurance.
• Managing the labour and putting men to work.
• Providing progress reports
• Commercial management
• Managing and liaising with the client
• Procurement and labour management
• Ordering and managing materials.

Project manager Requirements:

• Strong Management Skills
• Must have experience in scope of works – Tunnelling
• Proficient in MS Projects, Excel
• Exerience in Cost Control
• Black CSCS
• SMSTS
• First Aid
