Highbury Recruitment is looking for a Head Chef or experienced Sous Chef to join a beautiful gastro pub on the North Norfolk Coast. We are seeking a candidate with a proven track record in this role, who can demonstrate professionalism, a positive attitude towards growth and development, uphold excellence, and lead a team.
The responsibilities include managing the kitchen, inspiring creativity, and being highly organised. The ideal candidate must have a passion for using local produce, fresh ingredients, and seafood.
The role requires shift work on a kitchen rota and flexibility. This is a full-time permanent position with a salary to be discussed during the interview process.
