Building Surveyor
Location: West Sussex / Devon / Kent

The Client:
Our client is a well-established construction consultancy, offering design and management services across the Built Environment.
The Role:
As an Building Surveyor, you will represent the interests of clients from both the public and private sectors, handling a diverse range of projects.
Responsibilities:
? Overseeing refurbishment projects with budgets spanning £50,000 to £2,000,000.
? Managing both traditional and Design & Build (D&B) new build and refurbishment projects.
? Engaging in client management and ensuring effective contract administration.
? Preparing comprehensive tender packages for various projects.
? Conducting diverse building surveys to assess and address project needs.
? Leading by example and providing support to junior team members.
Requirements:
? Previously worked as a Building Surveyor or in a similar role.
? Newly Chartered or working toward it.
? Skilled in the use of AutoCAD
