Exciting Opportunity for Operations Analyst in Crawley!
Your Role:
As an Operations Analyst, you'll be instrumental in our expansion efforts, offering analytical support and contributing to ongoing enhancements within the Operations team and Commercial Programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary liaison for our data intelligence tool (DOMO), ensuring proactive data integration and reporting to keep teams abreast of trends and requirements.
- Master the DOMO data structure, generating reports using specific programming languages.
- Uphold data structure, integrity, and governance.
- Assist the senior leadership team in continuous improvement initiatives, potentially overseeing projects for seamless integration.
- Collaborate with staff and management to grasp business needs and proactively address them.
- Contribute to meeting departmental and company objectives.
Requirements:
- Minimum GCSE level education in Maths and English with grades A-C or equivalent.
- Proven track record in driving change and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and adeptness in adapting to internal IT systems.
- Strong analytical abilities, effectively breaking down information for insightful conclusions.
- Objective analysis of facts, making rational judgement based on circumstances.
- Ability to collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams, aligning people, ideas, and tasks.
- Excellent communication skills.
