Apollo Home Healthcare is seeking experienced Nursery Nurses / Childcare Practitioners to support our service user with her complex care needs.
We are looking for dedicated and compassionate Nursery Nurses / Childcare Practitioners who are passionate about their job, enjoy delivering one to one support and who can build positive relationships with our service users and their families.
Meet our service user
Our service user is a young male in his teens who lives in Rochdale with his loving family. We are looking for a dedicated team to support his complex needs on a 1:1 basis to support his complex care needs throughout the night.
He loves spending quality time with his family and care team and enjoys attending his educational setting, socialising with his friends and teachers.
His hobbies include listening to all types of music, watching television, exploring the outdoors, exploring his light up toys, and various sensory activities.
Throughout the night you will closely observe and monitor his complex care needs. You will provide Support with all personal care, repositioning, and offering reassurance and comfort to ensure a restful night’s sleep.
It is important to understand his methods of communication and identify his wants and needs, as he is non-verbal. Patience and understanding area key qualities for this role.
Our service user has specifically requested for female staff to work on their team.
