Senior Business Analyst.

We are seeking a visionary Senior Business Analyst to spearhead their Business Analysis Centre of Excellence within the PMO Department. Located near Worcester, with the flexibility of a hybrid work model, this opportunity is an amazing chance to work with a first-class team on a fantastic programme of transformation and improvement.
Your Impact:
· Lead and Mentor. You will be the guiding star for our BA team, setting standards, fostering growth, and ensuring the implementation of industry-best practices.
· Drive Excellence: Establish and continuously enhance our Business Analysis practices, creating a legacy of quality and efficiency.
· Strategic Influence: Play a pivotal role in shaping our strategic projects, transforming business needs into IT solutions that propel us forward.
· Build Relationships: Develop crucial connections at all levels, becoming the vital link between stakeholders, the PMO, and IT.
Title: Senior Business Analyst.
Location: Hybrid/Worcestershire. Remote and 2-3 days a week in the office.
Salary: &£50000 - £60000 pa plus pension and benefits package.
Start Date: ASAP.
Duration: Permanent.

Skills they value:
· Experience and Knowledge: A minimum of 5 years in a business analyst role, with a proven track record of success and personal growth in the field.

· Analytical Prowess: Exceptional analytical skills, with an evidence-based approach to problem-solving and a detail-oriented mindset.

· Adaptability: Experience in Agile frameworks, with a solid understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle.
Desirable Skills.
· Business analysis qualifications or equivalent experience, and familiarity with Agile frameworks such as Scrum.
· Experience with Jira, Confluence, working in ecommerce or online retail, and exposure to cloud technologies like Google Cloud.
