Working Hours: 35 hours per week, all year round
Ready to take the helm in managing the vibrant operations of a client secondary school and sixth form in Greenwich ? We're in search of a dynamic and dedicated Lettings and Operations Manager to join our team and oversee the coordination of the school's facilities.

As the Lettings and Operations Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless utilisation of our school's facilities and resources. Your main responsibility will be to manage all aspects of school lettings, including scheduling and compliance with safety standards. Additionally, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of our school site, ensuring a safe and conducive environment for our students and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and manage all aspects of the school’s lettings, ensuring smooth operation and compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
  • Oversee facilities management, ensuring the school environment is maintained to the highest standards.
  • Act as the Educational Visits Coordinator, ensuring all school trips are conducted safely and in accordance with policies.
  • Manage school transport, ensuring compliance with regulations and maintaining vehicles.
  • Establish and maintain stakeholder relationships, driving sustained operational success.
  • Manage contracts and performance delivered by direct reports or third parties.
  • Commit to safeguarding for all young people, ensuring compliance with DBS Clearance requirements.
Key Requirements:
  • Experience of working in the education sector in operations and/or facilities management roles.
  • Trained as an Educational Visits Coordinator (EVC) or willingness to undertake appropriate training.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiating skills.
  • Understanding of Health & Safety in relation to schools.
  • Ability to work independently, driving improvement and change.
  • Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships.
  • Proven experience in establishing stakeholder relationships and achieving operational success.
  • Experience in managing contracts and performance delivered by direct reports or third parties
