An excellent Health & Safety Manager career opportunity with a long established family run wholesaler. Reporting into the Managing Director for the company, you'll be based from central Essex, with regional travel throughout Essex, East Anglia, Kent and Sussex.

The Health & Safety Manager will be responsible for:

Working with the company leadership team to implement a Health & Safety culture in the business.

Collaborating with all employees for Health & Safety matters.

Carrying out Health & Safety audits, training and tool box talks.

Developing a Health & Safety agenda and standards for the organisation.

The Health & Safety Manager will have:

Previous Health & Safety experience in a retail, distribution or closely related environment.

Experience building up a health & safety culture and standards.

Good exposure to ISO standards - 45001, 14001 and 9001.

NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent.
