In these uncertain times, many people are considering where their work future may lie. An increasing number are considering becoming a Live-in Carer as a great option, with flexible work patterns, skills that will support you for the future, good pay and a chance to have a real impact on people who need support in their own homes. We provide our services to private clients.

Typically our Live-in carers work between 2 and 6 week periods and then have the same off. We place live-in carers with our clients throughout the Berkshire, Hampshire, Surrey, Oxfordshire, Wiltshire and Buckinghamshire areas.

As a Live-in Carer, you will be care-matched with your client where you will be supporting them in and around their own home. We offer full care certificate training along with ongoing support to help you grow as a qualified and experienced carer and fulfil your potential. All our carers complete mandatory and essential training.

As a Live-in Care Worker, you fall under the category of a “Key Worker” meaning you will be able to support the community during difficult times. In line with the “Social Distancing” measures suggested by the Government, we offer Video Interviews and e-Learning Induction Training sessions. We will also ensure that you have access to Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for use at work.

What we need from you:

• A caring, empathetic, and compassionate nature.
• Dedication, commitment, and reliability.
• Some flexibility as you will be supporting people in their own homes.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills including fluency in English.
• If self-employed you must show evidence of insurance and tax payments.
• This position is subject to an enhanced DBS check.
