We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Parts Manager to join our Aftersales Commercial team at Triumph Motorcycles global headquarters.
Reporting to the Head of Aftersales Commercial, the successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales, dealer/customer purchase of genuine Triumph parts, and entail working with the Global subsidiary teams, dealer network and export markets.
The primary focus will be to foster dealer and customer loyalty, ensuring the use of genuine parts in routine motorcycle servicing and maintenance. This role requires excellent commercial strategic thinking, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage performance level across a global network of 900 dealers. Additionally, the Parts Performance Manager will also be a key contributor to product supply forecasting and the successful delivery of tactical campaigns.
You will be the highly driven and motivated Commercial Parts Manager, managing this important Aftersales Commercial function and being the key go to regarding the sales performance and buying loyalty of Genuine Triumph Parts. Ensuring that Triumph’s dealer network is truly World Class and delivers a sustainable competitive advantage for the business, dealers, and customers.
