Employed Mortgage Advisor

Camberley / Farnborough – Hybrid working (2 days from home)

£25,000 – £30,000 + commission

This is an excellent role for an experienced Mortgage broker who is looking to maximise their earnings potential and has the drive to write large volumes of business.

Our client is the largest privately-owned mortgage network in the UK. Their goal is to continue to be the best home for mortgage advisers, protection specialists, equity release experts and general insurance professionals, whatever their size or location. Due to continued growth they are looking to expand their employed Advisory team in the Camberley and Farnborough area.

Working closely with the team, you will offer a whole range of market mortgage advice to new and existing clientele, referring Protection business to the dedicated experienced team of Protection brokers.

The Role

• Explore the existing database for re-mortgages and new business
• Service new enquiries from initial appointment to completion
• Conduct in-depth mortgage assessments and provide expert advice to clients on suitable mortgage products based on their financial circumstances and requirements
• Present mortgage options to clients, explain the terms and conditions, and guide them through the application process
• Build long-lasting relationships with your clients

The ideal candidate:

• Track record in UK mortgage sales, preferably within an estate agency
• Full CeMAP qualifications or equivalent
• CAS
• Business acumen with an entrepreneurial approach
• Clear and concise communicator
• Driven to earn well
• No lender/provider/insurer panel exclusions
