Key Responsibilities:

The Estimator/Surveyor:
- Proven experience as an Estimator/Surveyor within the high-end residential sector is essential.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to provide accurate cost estimations and manage project finances efficiently.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of engaging effectively with contractors, clients, and internal teams.
