Remuneration: Circa £120,000 Take Home Pay

Description: Part-time Private Dentist required for 2 - 5 days per week in a busy, independently owned practice near Sailsbury, Wiltshire. 
•    Established private and Denplan patient list to take over
•    Minimal UDAs for children's contract 100/200 UDAs a year £11 per UDA
•    45% private & Denplan Income
•    Earnings approx £20K+ gross per month 5 day week
•    4 Fully computerised surgeries, Dentally Software
•    Digital x-rays, Medit i-700 scanner
•    Rotary endo, CBCT Scanner, OPG, CBCT, iTero Scanner
•    Full support team including dental therapists
•    30 minutes from Andover, 50 minutes from Southampton and 50 minutes from Frome
•    Available now, start date negotiable

Compliance requirements:
- Full NHS Performer Number
- Local Area Team confirmation
- GDC certificate
- UK Blood test report showing Hep B Immunisation and Titre levels, Hep C, HIV and TB results dated within last 5 years 
- Indemnity certificate
- Passport
- Enhanced DBS (within the last 12-36 months)
- Clinical references covering places of employment over past 2 years (minimum 2 referees)
- Degree certificate
- CPR/AED/Medical Emergencies certificate dated within the last 12 months
- IRMER
- PIN number
