Job Description
- Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy
- Manage and oversee social media content
- Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
- Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing
- Monitor and respond to users in a "Social" way while cultivating leads and sales
- Analyze the long-term needs of the company's social media strategy and offer quarterly reports to the management and executive teams
- Adhere to rules and regulations
The Successful Applicant
A successful Social Media Manager should have:
- A degree in Communications or Marketing
- Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+ and other social media best practices
- Good understanding of social media KPIs
- Familiarity with web design and publishing
- Great leadership skills
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
